La maison est silencieuse. Tu t'allonges enfin. Et c'est l\u00e0 que ta t\u00eate d\u00e9cide de commencer sa journ\u00e9e.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>La conversation de ce matin que tu aurais d\u00fb mener autrement. La liste de demain que tu reconstruis mentalement, point par point. Une inqui\u00e9tude pour ton enfant. Un truc que tu n'as pas fait. Un truc que tu as mal fait. Et en fond sonore \u2014 ce bruit sourd, continu, que tu n'arrives pas tout \u00e0 fait \u00e0 nommer.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Tu essaies de \"ne pas y penser\". Tu te retournes. Tu regardes l'heure. Tu fais le calcul du nombre d'heures de sommeil qu'il te reste si tu t'endors maintenant. Et ta t\u00eate continue.<\/p>\n\n  <p><strong>Ce n'est pas de l'insomnie ordinaire. Ce n'est pas non plus une faiblesse.<\/strong> C'est quelque chose de pr\u00e9cis \u2014 et \u00e7a s'explique.<\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"divider\"><\/div>\n\n  <h2>Ce que ta t\u00eate fait vraiment la nuit<\/h2>\n\n  <div class=\"nuit-scene\">\n    <div class=\"heure\">23h12 \u00b7 Dans ta t\u00eate<\/div>\n    <div class=\"pensee\">\"Est-ce que j'ai bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le sac de sport pour demain ?\"<\/div>\n    <div class=\"pensee\">\"Cette remarque qu'il m'a faite ce matin \u2014 qu'est-ce qu'il voulait dire exactement ?\"<\/div>\n    <div class=\"pensee\">\"Je suis tellement fatigu\u00e9e. Pourquoi je n'arrive pas \u00e0 juste... dormir ?\"<\/div>\n    <div class=\"pensee\">\"Demain j'ai la r\u00e9union, le rendez-vous m\u00e9decin, les courses... dans quel ordre ?\"<\/div>\n    <div class=\"pensee\">\"Il est 23h30. Si je dors maintenant j'ai 6h30. Ce n'est pas assez.\"<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <p>\u00c7a te ressemble ? Cette sc\u00e8ne, les femmes que j'accompagne me la d\u00e9crivent presque mot pour mot. Pas parce qu'elles sont anxieuses de nature. Parce que leur syst\u00e8me nerveux est coinc\u00e9 dans un mode qu'il ne sait plus quitter.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Pourquoi le silence aggrave tout<\/h2>\n\n  <p>La journ\u00e9e, tu as un avantage : le bruit. L'action. Les sollicitations. Elles court-circuitent les pens\u00e9es avant qu'elles aient le temps de s'installer. Tu g\u00e8res, tu avances, tu n'as pas le temps de ressentir.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Mais la nuit, quand tout s'arr\u00eate, le flux des pens\u00e9es n'a plus rien pour le concurrencer. Il prend toute la place. Et comme ton syst\u00e8me nerveux est encore en mode \"surveillance\", il continue \u00e0 faire son travail : anticiper, scanner, pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"pull-quote\">\n    <p>\"Ta t\u00eate ne refuse pas de s'arr\u00eater par caprice. Elle croit sinc\u00e8rement que tu as encore besoin d'elle.\"<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <p>C'est l\u00e0 le paradoxe : plus tu es \u00e9puis\u00e9e, plus ton syst\u00e8me nerveux s'active la nuit. Parce qu'un corps \u00e9puis\u00e9, pour lui, c'est un signal de danger. Et face au danger \u2014 on ne dort pas. On surveille.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Ce qui se passe biologiquement<\/h2>\n\n  <div class=\"mecanisme-box\">\n    <div class=\"label\">Le m\u00e9canisme derri\u00e8re les ruminations<\/div>\n    <p>Le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome r\u00e9gule tout ce que tu ne contr\u00f4les pas consciemment : ta respiration, ton rythme cardiaque, ta digestion \u2014 et ton niveau d'alerte.<\/p>\n    <p>Chez les femmes qui portent beaucoup \u2014 pour les autres, au travail, \u00e0 la maison \u2014 ce syst\u00e8me reste en mode \"sympathique\" : celui qui mobilise les ressources face \u00e0 la menace. Le cortisol reste \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le corps ne re\u00e7oit jamais le signal clair que le danger est pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Le soir, quand les stimulations ext\u00e9rieures disparaissent, le mode sympathique n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9.<\/strong> Il continue \u00e0 tourner. Et les pens\u00e9es nocturnes sont son expression la plus visible : le cerveau cherche des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre parce que son programme lui dit qu'il y en a encore.<\/p>\n    <p>Ce n'est pas de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 pathologique. C'est un syst\u00e8me nerveux qui a perdu l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 son mode \"repos\" \u2014 le parasympathique \u2014 parce qu'il n'a pas eu l'occasion de le r\u00e9activer depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>Les trois phases d'une nuit qui tourne<\/h2>\n\n  <div class=\"phase-card\">\n    <div class=\"phase-number\">1<\/div>\n    <div class=\"phase-content\">\n      <div class=\"phase-title\">L'endormissement qui r\u00e9siste<\/div>\n      <p>Tu es fatigu\u00e9e \u2014 physiquement, tu en as besoin. Mais ton corps est tendu. Ton souffle est court. Tes muscles ne l\u00e2chent pas vraiment. Tu attends le sommeil comme on attend un bus en retard : avec une vigilance qui l'emp\u00eache d'arriver.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"phase-card\">\n    <div class=\"phase-number\">2<\/div>\n    <div class=\"phase-content\">\n      <div class=\"phase-title\">Le r\u00e9veil nocturne \u2014 souvent entre 2h et 4h<\/div>\n      <p>Tu te r\u00e9veilles sans raison apparente. Parfois avec le c\u0153ur qui bat un peu vite. Parfois avec une pens\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9cise, comme si ta t\u00eate t'attendait. C'est le pic de cortisol nocturne \u2014 normal en soi, mais amplifi\u00e9 quand le syst\u00e8me nerveux est en surchauffe. La phase de sommeil profond a \u00e9t\u00e9 trop courte. Le corps ressort trop t\u00f4t vers la surface.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"phase-card\">\n    <div class=\"phase-number\">3<\/div>\n    <div class=\"phase-content\">\n      <div class=\"phase-title\">Le matin trop t\u00f4t \u2014 fatigu\u00e9e d'une nuit qui n'a pas r\u00e9par\u00e9<\/div>\n      <p>Tu te l\u00e8ves avant l'heure, ou tu t'arraches du lit \u00e0 l'heure mais sans l'impression d'avoir dormi. Un fond de brouillard. Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re irritabilit\u00e9. Et la journ\u00e9e qui recommence \u2014 avec les m\u00eames ressources entam\u00e9es qu'hier. Et demain, la m\u00eame nuit.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>Ce qui ne marche pas \u2014 et que tu as probablement essay\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n  <div class=\"ne-marche-pas\">\n    <div class=\"nmg-title\">Les conseils habituels et pourquoi ils \u00e9chouent<\/div>\n    <div class=\"conseil-row\">\n      <div class=\"conseil-cross\">\u2717<\/div>\n      <div class=\"conseil-text\"><strong>\"Arr\u00eate de penser aux probl\u00e8mes le soir.\"<\/strong> \u2014 Tu le saurais si c'\u00e9tait aussi simple. Les ruminations ne sont pas un choix. On ne les arr\u00eate pas par d\u00e9cision.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"conseil-row\">\n      <div class=\"conseil-cross\">\u2717<\/div>\n      <div class=\"conseil-text\"><strong>\"Fais une liste avant de dormir pour vider ta t\u00eate.\"<\/strong> \u2014 \u00c7a aide parfois sur les t\u00e2ches. \u00c7a ne touche pas au fond : le niveau d'alerte du corps.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"conseil-row\">\n      <div class=\"conseil-cross\">\u2717<\/div>\n      <div class=\"conseil-text\"><strong>\"\u00c9vite les \u00e9crans une heure avant.\"<\/strong> \u2014 Utile \u00e0 la marge. Mais si ton syst\u00e8me nerveux est en alerte, l'obscurit\u00e9 ne l'\u00e9teint pas.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  \n  <\/div>\n\n  <p>Ces conseils ne sont pas faux. Ils sont insuffisants parce qu'ils s'adressent aux sympt\u00f4mes, pas \u00e0 la cause. La cause, c'est un syst\u00e8me nerveux qui n'a pas re\u00e7u le signal que c'est fini pour aujourd'hui.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Par o\u00f9 \u00e7a commence \u00e0 changer<\/h2>\n\n  \n  <p>Quand le corps commence \u00e0 sortir de l'\u00e9tat d'alerte \u2014 progressivement, par un travail qui passe d'abord par le corps lui-m\u00eame \u2014 le soir devient diff\u00e9rent. La t\u00eate ne s'emballe plus de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. L'endormissement arrive plus facilement. Les r\u00e9veils nocturnes s'espacent.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Ce n'est pas de la magie.
